This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager with hands-on experience in complex, technical projects - particularly PC2 and PC3 laboratory environments.

The Role:
Reporting directly to the Director, you’ll manage the full project lifecycle, from design through to delivery on major health and laboratory projects across Melbourne. Your work will include:

• Leading design management and documentation phases
• Overseeing tender preparation, assessment, and procurement
• Managing construction delivery, claims, reporting, and contract administration
• Acting as superintendent and maintaining strong stakeholder communication
• Providing strategic guidance across contracts and project governance

About You:

• Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction, or Architecture
• 5–7+ years of project management experience
• Proven background delivering health and laboratory projects, ideally with PC2 or PC3 lab experience
• Strong understanding of design, procurement, and contract processes
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
• Able to work both collaboratively and autonomously
• Front-end delivery experience highly regarded
• Candidates from the builder’s side with strong CA experience will also be considered
