Enterprise Rent-A-Car is seeking Customer Service Supervisors to join our Brisbane Airport team. The positions are part of a rotating roster, working during weekends and evening shifts. Car rental experience is not required; any applicant with a customer service or retail sales background should apply!

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Customer Service Supervisor you will contribute to leading the customer service and sales of your location. You will manage the activities of the Rental Sales Officers in your team and provide assistance to the Branch Manager. You will take pride in contributing to your branch and promote warm and welcoming customer service. Your responsibilities include:

Supervise the activities of the customer service team

Demonstrate best practice, motivate and develop team members to succeed

Assist to ensure targets are met and exceeded

Customer service at the car rental counter

Handle customer bookings, phone and email inquiries

Cross-sell products and services

Check rental contract completion by rental staff and provide feedback
