About the role
Delta Community Support is seeking an experienced and dedicated Customer Service Officer to join our team in Virginia, Queensland. As a part-time Customer Service Officer (NDIS Provider), you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality customer service and administrative support to our valued clients and their families.
Hours
24 to 38 hours per week 8.30am start til 4.30pm Monday to Friday
What you'll be doing
Working closely under the supervision of the Team Leader
Responding to inquiries from clients, families, and other stakeholders by Phone, Email in a timely and professional manner
Assisting with the coordination and scheduling of client appointments and services
Ensuring Schedule(s) match Client budget(s) and Staff are assigned accordingly within those set budgets and timeframes.
Providing administrative support, including data entry, record-keeping, and report preparation
Collaborating with the broader team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and practices.
Updating CRM & Roster requirements.
What we're looking for
Previous experience in Rosters or Support Worker role preferably within the Youth or disability sector
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathise and provide excellent customer service
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with client management systems
Knowledge of the NDIS and its processes, or a willingness to learn
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
A compassionate and patient approach when working with clients and their families
