We are Focus Pest Management and in our 10th year of operation. Due to the continued growth of our business, we require a full time admin/customer service team member.
About the role
You will be working through our existing client base and contacting our clients to arrange their annual services.
Your duties will include:
Receiving inbound customer enquiries and making outbound calls to customers, documenting correspondence accurately;
Providing information about our products and services;
Providing general administrative support to the management team as required
Meeting Targets
To be successful in this role, you will require:
At least 2 years administrative experience
A touch typing speed of 40wpm minimum
Clear written and verbal communication skills along with a confident phone manner
