Randstad is actively recruiting an Administration Officer to serve as a vital support function within a fast-paced service unit. This is an essential role focused on ensuring accurate data management, adherence to operational standards, and the efficient flow of key administrative processes supporting a broad stakeholder base. You'll be responsible for coordinating day-to-day administrative functions, meticulously managing detailed records, and utilising systems to help the unit maintain consistent quality and compliance.

This full-time (Monday to Friday), AO3 position offers $50.37 per hour plus super. This temporary assignment is for an immediate start, commencing ASAP to December 2025, with the possibility of extension.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist and support the unit by serving as a key point of contact for internal and external enquiries regarding administrative procedures and documentation.
  • Accurately process and manage onboarding documentation ensuring all required information is complete and entered correctly into systems
  • Maintain and update compliance records by accurately entering information into various databases, including those used for financial and funding management.
  • Process tasks of a financial nature, including assisting with payment plans, customer accounts, and sponsorship inquiries.
  • Contribute to maintaining effective administrative systems and office practices, and actively participate in work practice improvements.

Experience/Skills required:

  • Experience working within the education or training sector, particularly in an administrative or student-facing capacity, would be highly regarded.
  • Strong administration skills with proven experience in environments handling high-volume data integrity, record compliance, and time-sensitive documentation would be highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required to effectively liaise, consult, and provide clear guidance to a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders regarding procedural requirements.
  • Proven ability to manage sensitive financial and funding documentation while maintaining confidentiality and adherence to strict regulatory guidelines.
  • Highly proficient in using a variety of softwares for accurate record management and reporting.
