About the Role

We’re seeking a skilled Dispensary Technician to support our pharmacists and ensure seamless day-to-day operations within our high-performing dispensary.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Accurate and efficient dispensing of prescriptions in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Operating and quality-checking our Alpaca medication packing robot to ensure precision in DAA management.

Assisting with professional services, including bookings, follow-ups, and data entry.

Managing stock control, claims, and ordering to maintain smooth workflow.

Working collaboratively with pharmacists, GPs, and allied health professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.

Contributing ideas and initiative to help improve systems and processes.

What We’re Looking For

A skilled Dispensary Technician

Strong experience in dispensary operations, ideally including DAA or robotic packing.

Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.

A confident team player with great communication and initiative.

Experience with Z software is desirable but not essential.

A proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a busy, evolving pharmacy environment.
