We are looking for an experienced Dispensary Technician to join our team at Hooper Centre Pharmacy. You will become part of our friendly team, involved in providing a great customer experience, quality healthcare services and focusing on achieving the best health outcomes for our customers.

The Role & Responsibilities:

Provide a high standard of service to our customers

Accurately dispense and supply medication and other pharmacy products

Assisting the Pharmacist, dispensing high volume of scripts

Ensure scripts and duplicates are managed appropriately

Assist with dispensary product ordering and tidying

Assist customers with general enquiries and product recommendations

Assist the pharmacy team with any general duties

Maintain and replenish stock

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous dispensing experience - S2/S3 certificate and dispensary experience essential.

Cert 2, 3 or 4 in Pharmacy is highly regarded

A genuine passion for customer service

Well presented with good communication skills

Strong attention to detail and methodical in your approach

Proven ability to deal sensitively with customers' needs

A positive and supportive member of the team
