We’re hiring a skilled Speech Pathologist (full-time and part-time available).

We provide mobile and tele-health service supporting both children and adults with communication and swallowing needs across metro and regional South Australia.

Team Development – 1:1 supervising, team meetings, case discussions, and workshops.

Admin Support – Dedicated administrative time and assistance for scheduling, billing, documentation, and liaising with schools and clients.
Funded Mandatory Training - Paid attendance for mandatory trainings such as First Aid, Child Safe Environments, Trauma-Informed Practice etc.
Speech Pathologist Role Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive assessments and tailored therapy for speech, language, social communication, swallowing, and cognitive-communication difficulties.
Develop and deliver therapy plans based on client-centred and evidence-based practice.
Maintain detailed client records in line with NDIS and organisational requirements.
Liaise with families, support workers, educators, and other allied health providers.
Meet realistic billable targets with supportive time for documentation and non-face-to-face tasks.
Lead, mentor and coach junior team members in their professional development.
Assist with business development initiatives and the evolution of business practices.
Preferred Experience and Skills:
Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology.
Strong communication and time-management skills.
Experience working as a Speech Pathologist.
Ability to work independently and remotely with a high level of initiative.
Other Requirements:
Current Driver’s Licence and access to reliable vehicle.
Registration or ability to become registered with SPA.
Working With Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain.
National Police Clearance, NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
RRHAN-EC training for school visits (or willingness to obtain).
