What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide evidence-based assessment and intervention to children, young people, and families
• Create and deliver individualised, family-centred therapy programs
• Work alongside allied health and support coordination teams to deliver integrated services
• Empower families through strength-based, trauma-informed practice
• Keep accurate records that support outcomes, reviews, and NDIS requirements

What You’ll Bring

• A recognised qualification in Speech Pathology
• Eligibility for (or current) membership with Speech Pathology Australia
• Experience with children, young people, and families (or a strong interest in it)
• A solid understanding of best-practice, strengths-based and family-centred approaches
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with families
• Confidence working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• A driver’s licence, Working with Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)
