What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide evidence-based assessment and intervention to children, young people, and families
- Create and deliver individualised, family-centred therapy programs
- Work alongside allied health and support coordination teams to deliver integrated services
- Empower families through strength-based, trauma-informed practice
- Keep accurate records that support outcomes, reviews, and NDIS requirements

What You’ll Bring
- A recognised qualification in Speech Pathology
- Eligibility for (or current) membership with Speech Pathology Australia
- Experience with children, young people, and families (or a strong interest in it)
- A solid understanding of best-practice, strengths-based and family-centred approaches
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with families
- Confidence working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- A driver’s licence, Working with Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)
