About the Business

We are looking for a Paediatric Speech Pathologist who values working in a team environment that is supportive, warm, and fun. We have a position available for a new graduate or experienced speech pathologist to join our team. A choice of a full-time or part-time position is available.

Eatability Feeding Services is a private paediatric speech pathology practice. Established in 2018, we provide highly accredited speech, language, early play/interaction, AAC and feeding services. We will provide you with a caseload tailored to your areas of interest.

Do you need more experience with feeding? We will support you to attend the SOS Approach to Feeding 4 day Training Course in Melbourne in February 2026. You will be provided with 1-3 hours of mentoring/support for your caseload in the first 12 months from our Director who has > 20 years of experience.

We are highly passionate about what we do. We pride ourselves on offering up to date services, customised therapy options and staff professional development. We work with children with disabilities including autism spectrum disorder (ASD), Cerebral Palsy, Global Developmental Delay and Genetic Disorders.

About the role

You will work within a team of speech pathologists to provide assessment and therapy interventions primarily with infants and young children (2-14 years). You will complete assessments, create written reports, coach/support caregivers and provide interventions for each child.

The role involves delivering services in our clinic in Prospect and via Telehealth. Some services may be required in the community such as home, childcare and school. You will receive a high level of mentoring, support, and supervision. If appropriate, you may be required to mentor junior therapists & students as well as be offered leadership opportunities.

About You

Applications are invited from therapists with a strong and dedicated focus on the development of children. We are seeking someone who is:

Friendly, fun, and great with children.

Passionate about working with children with a disability in the NDIS environment.

Able to build positive, professional, and trusting relationships with clients, their families, childcare/education staff and team members.

Able to grow in a dynamic environment with a fun and friendly team.

Eligible for registration with Speech Pathology Australia (Bachelor or Master’s Degree) and eligible to apply for a Medicare Provider Number.

Over 100+ hours of professional development, mentoring, and supervision in your first 3 months.

Your own work laptop.

Support from experienced staff on site when you need it (on top of scheduled supervision sessions).

Ability to work within a newly renovated clinic with outstanding amenities and onsite car parking.

Please apply with a letter outlining your relevant experience and a copy of your CV to our Director Rachael McInerney [email protected] We will be reviewing applications and commencing interviews as they come in, so please do not delay your application.
