What You’ll Be Doing

🌱 Lead & Mentor – Support and guide our graduate and general Speech Pathologists

🗣️ Deliver Impactful Therapy – Assess and treat communication and swallowing challenges

💡 Innovate – Clinically assess AAC contribute to clinical resources

🤝 Collaborate – Work with carers, assistants, and other professionals to achieve functional goals

🚀 Grow the Team – Help build a thriving, high-performing clinical culture

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor of Speech Pathology (or equivalent)

3+ years of clinical experience

SPA Certified Practicing Membership

Strong knowledge of communication and swallowing interventions

Experience across the lifespan (preferred)

NDIS/HCP experience (bonus!)

Passion for leadership, mentoring, and client-centred care

Driver’s licence and registered vehicle
