The role & company

Working in a well resourced project team on either a $120M healthcare project or a $150M Data Centre build, you will be a Site Engineer with experience delivering Services packages, or a Services Engineer who has transitioned from a trade or consultancy into working for a Builder. You don't need to know everything, you just need to have the willing and drive to learn and improve with some experience under your belt.

Working in conjunction with a Services Manager, the PM and Site Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the design and installation of services trades into the wider build. Responsible for developing Shop Drawings alongside consultants, QA compliance across WHS, Building codes & sustainability, you will contribute to pushing programme across trades covering heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), electrical power, lighting, and plumbing.

You will be proud to work for this time served, Tier 2 commercial Builder. They have a 40 year+ history in the delivery of major projects across aviation, health, data centres, aged care, education & hospitality. With repeat business having never dipped below 80% per annum in their history, they provide a stable environment focused on developing their people. Qualifications & Experience

You will have worked as an Engineer focused on services for a Builder in Sydney for a mininum of 12 months

They are flexible on your background; if you have come from consultancy, trade or a standard degree in Construction Management, all are considered so long as you are working towards a career in Services Management for a Head Contractor
