Location: Darwin, NT • Full-time • $71,000 per year+ superannuation

business interests, with a core focus on supporting the continual development of the local

region.

We’re seeking a qualified, experienced Accounts Clerk with hands-on accounting software

experience (Xero, Reckon) to join our finance team. You’ll keep accounts accurate and

up-to-date, support month-end, and help drive a smooth financial close.

Key responsibilities

 End-to-end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

 Daily bank balance recording; cash inflow/outflow tracking in the cash-flow forecast

 Bank reconciliations and ledger maintenance

 Assist with monthly BAS preparation and lodgement support

 Creditors & debtors reporting and follow-ups

 Ad-hoc finance/admin support to the team and management

What you’ll bring

 Solid experience in a similar accounting/admin role (construction or development

industry exposure is a plus, not essential)

 Proficiency with MYOB and/or Reckon

 Strong MS Excel skills (lookups, pivots, reconciliations)

 Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and time-management

 Good problem-solving and analytical skills; proactive communicator with great

people skills

 Tertiary qualifications in an accounting-related discipline highly regarded

Salary & benefits

 $71,000 plus statutory superannuation
