The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Capability Development Specialist to join our People & Culture team at The Kids Research Institute Australia. In this important role, you will partner with the Manager, Organisation Capability to help us deliver on our new Research Reimagined plan, strategically designing and delivering leadership development and culture change initiatives that uplift organisational capability and foster a high-performing culture.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Design and implement leadership development programs tailored to diverse leader cohorts.
Create and embed capability and behavioural frameworks across the employee lifecycle.
Deliver culture and change programs that support a safe, high-performing workplace.
Evaluate program effectiveness using data-driven insights and refine initiatives.
Align all development and culture initiatives with strategic objectives and values.
This is a full-time, 2-year fixed-term position based at Perth Children’s Hospital.
About You
You will be a skilled organisational development professional with a passion for building leadership capability and driving cultural change.
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following skills and experience:
A tertiary qualification in organisational psychology, business psychology, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
Demonstrated expertise in designing, delivering, and evaluating leadership or culture programs within complex organisations.
Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and communication skills.
Solid project management capabilities and the ability to work independently.
Current knowledge of organisational psychology, leadership, and culture best practices.
