Position Title:
Senior Roofing Project Manager – Residential & Commercial Solutions

Position Summary:
The Senior Roofing Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of roofing projects from inception to completion. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. Acting as the central point of communication, the Project Manager coordinates between clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver seamless roofing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple roofing projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.

Assist to develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, adjusting as needed to ensure successful delivery.

Supervise and support site supervisors, subcontractors, and trades to maintain productivity and quality workmanship.

Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, enforce safety standards, and resolve on-site issues.

Liaise directly with clients, providing progress updates and managing on site expectations.

Assist in coordinating procurement and delivery of roofing materials, ensuring cost-effective purchasing and timely supply.

Oversee compliance with building codes, OH&S regulations, and company policies.

Assist in preparing project reports, financial tracking, and close-out documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience managing roofing or construction projects.

Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.

Solid understanding of roofing systems, materials, and installation practices.

Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contracts.

Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in WorkFlowMax2 will be highly regarded but not necessary.

Assist with managing budgets and schedules effectively.
