We're recruiting for multiple JuniorProject Manager / Coordinators to support major project planning and delivery for our client, a leading global player in the infrastructure and renewable energy space.

This is a long-term contract (12-24+ month) opportunity with flexible hybrid work options based in Melbourne CBD. Salary would be $80K-$85K + Super.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate project set-up including travel, equipment, and documentation
• Support scheduling, reporting, and dashboard updates with project managers
• Liaise with internal teams, clients, suppliers and site crews to support delivery
• Escalate issues, track actions, and contribute to ongoing project improvements
• Assist with project close-out, lessons learnt, and review budget alignment

Skills and Requirements

• Entry level experience in project coordination or site administration
• Education within Renewable Energy / Construction Management will be highly regarded
• Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese will be highly beneficial
• Good written and spoken English language skills including the ability to interface with stakeholders at all levels
