Cater Care is looking for a Full time Chef Manager at one of their key Aged care residences in Hamilton, Victoria.

• Full time position available, $77,000 to $90,000

Organising day-to-day operations; this is the ideal role for someone who wants to provide a fantastic meal experience to our residents and values a well-run kitchen.

What This Role Involves:

• Dual responsibilities in food preparation / presentation and site management with a focus on seasonal produce
• Stock ordering, rotation and stocktaking
• Liaison with staff and residents alike
• Adherence to food hygiene & safety practices
• Demonstrable team management, development & leadership
• Assisting the broader team as required

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Trade qualification
• Experience in a similar role
• Strong communication skills
• Pride in personal appearance & hygiene
