Job Description: CHEF

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook traditional Middle Eastern dishes, including but not limited to hummus, falafel, kebabs, shawarma, and baklava.

- Develop and execute new menu items while ensuring authenticity and quality.

- Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain kitchen hygiene and safety standards.

- Collaborate with the management team to create seasonal menus and promotions.

- Train and supervise kitchen staff to uphold standards of excellence.

- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and accommodating special requests or dietary restrictions.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Chef specialising in Middle Eastern cuisine.

- Deep understanding of Middle Eastern ingredients, flavours, and cooking techniques.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Strong communication and leadership skills.

- Food safety certification is preferred.

- Creativity and passion for delivering memorable dining experiences.

- Qualification - certificate 4 in commercial cookery and diploma of hospitality management
