We’re seeking an experienced Distribution Centre Manager to oversee our clients HQ site. Managing a high-volume operation, you’ll drive team performance and ensure the smooth, efficient, and safe running of our client's distribution hub.

This is a pivotal role in our client's business, with ongoing opportunities to influence strategy and future growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and inspire a large team across all warehouse functions. Manage complex warehouse operations: receiving, cycle counts, pick/pack, and dispatch.
• Oversee high-volume daily inbound shipments and outbound deliveries. Coordinate multiple B2B deliveries locally and interstate.
• Work closely with sales to align operations with customer needs.
• Champion safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across the site.

Skills and Experience:

• Senior leadership experience in distribution, logistics, or warehousing.
• Strong people management skills with proven ability to collaborate with other business units.
• Strategic thinker who remains hands-on when needed. Forklift licence essential
• Customer-focused and operationally strong, with a track record of streamlining processes.
