Distribution Coordinator (Mandarin speaking)

We are seeking a Distribution Coordinator to join our team and support our global sales and operations.

About the Role

As Distribution Coordinator, you will be the link between our sales, operations, and distribution partners. You will manage end-to-end distribution activities — from engaging prospective distributors and managing purchase/sales orders, to coordinating with warehouses and ensuring smooth delivery to both online and offline customers.

This role also plays a key part in business development, helping us expand into new channels and markets by building strong relationships with distributors and supporting commercial negotiations.

You will work closely with the Directors as well as the broader sales, marketing, and operations team as part of a successful and growing Australian business.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, engage, and manage relationships with distributors and sales channels in target markets.

Support business development activities including proposals, presentations, and negotiations.

Manage purchase orders (POs) and sales orders (SOs), ensuring accurate ERP entry and clear communication with customers.

Liaise with warehouse and logistics partners to ensure timely, compliant order fulfillment.

Monitor inventory and stock levels in the ERP system, providing input for demand forecasting and replenishment.

Resolve distribution or delivery issues quickly and effectively.

Provide reporting on sales performance, distributor engagement, and stock movements.

About You

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

Ability to juggle multiple tasks, orders, and deadlines.

Confident using ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Knowledge of international trade, logistics, or export operations is desirable.

Qualifications & Experience

Must be fluent (spoken and written) in both Mandarin and English

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related field (preferred).

Minimum 2 years' experience in distribution, sales coordination, or export operations.

Prior ERP and inventory management experience required.

Must have valid Australian work rights or eligible work visa status.

Exposure to international distributor management will be very usefulhighly regarded.

Experience with online channels including Tao distribution highly regarded.
