This is an opportunity to work alongside some of Melbourne’s most trusted Financial Advisers supporting a sophisticated client base, including high-net-worth and wholesale investors as well as charitable organisations.
The Associate plays an integral role in delivering a seamless client experience, ensuring every interaction is precise, proactive and handled with care.
Key Responsibilities
Adviser and Client Support
Assist Advisers with all aspects of client management, including preparation of documentation, ongoing review processes and other administrative tasks or projects as required
Maintain accurate and compliant client records, prepare advice documentation and file notes
Record meeting notes and ensure follow-up actions are completed promptly
Respond to client queries with professionalism and warmth, liaising with accountants, lawyers and other external partners as needed
Manage Adviser diaries and coordinate client and internal meetings
Operational and Regulatory Support
Maintain and update regulatory documentation including Investor Certificates, Fee Disclosure Statements and Renewal Notices
Process applications, redemptions and fund transfers using a range of investment platforms
Keep training and compliance records current and accurate
Continuous Improvement
Develop and refine internal processes and templates to improve workflow efficiency
Proactively identify new ways to enhance client service delivery
Contribute to the achievement of team and firm objectives across service standards and client satisfaction
