Exceptional opportunity for experienced Associate Advisor to join a well known market leading mid sized firm and support a Principal Advisor.

Boasting a national presence with a head office in Melbourne, this opportunity exists in the Inner South/East office that houses a fantastic team dedicated to servicing the local demographic of clients.

A true client facing role, this Associate position will work closely with the Advisor in attending all client meetings, devising sound financial strategies and presenting financial plans to clients. You will be afforded ongoing mentoring, training and development as well as career progression opportunities into Advice.

This role will be suited to an existing Associate Advisor or Paraplanner who is eager to continue their path towards Advice with a well known and highly regarded firm, under the guidance of a very respected industry professional.

We are happy to consider candidates who have commenced or completed their PY as well as those looking to start (after probation).

Additionally, the successful candidate will meet the following criteria:

3+ years in Financial Planning - Paraplanning, Associate or CSM role

Commitment, loyalty and strong work ethic

Strong knowledge of financial planning strategies and processes

Desire to work closely with advisor gaining career mentoring and developing a strong relationship

Commitment to best outcomes for clients

Desire to work close to home in leafy Inner suburbs of Melbourne

Team oriented and love to work collaboratively with colleagues
