Responsibilities

Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies that drive engagement and brand awareness

Write scripts for short-form video and reels, and manage video editing & production

Create compelling graphics and static content

Support directors in building their personal brands through tailored content and posting schedules

Coordinate with the team to encourage content sharing and engagement across platforms

Manage email campaigns to nurture and engage our client base

Analyse performance metrics and present actionable insights to senior management

Collaborate closely with directors to bring the business vision to life through innovative marketing initiatives

What We're Looking For

2–3+ years of relevant marketing and social media management experience across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook

Proven skills in video content creation (scripting, editing, producing reels)

Strong design eye with experience in tools like Canva, Capcut, Active Campaigns & Notion (Tools provided or as advised by the candidate)

Excellent copywriting skills – you know how to craft posts that grab attention and convert

A self-starter with the ability to work independently and present solutions, not just problems

Someone eager to grow into a leadership role and build a marketing team around them

A positive, collaborative attitude with a drive to make an impact

Must have full working rights in Australia (Australian citizen, permanent resident, or valid work visa)
