Customer Service Officer | Full-time | Morningside or Carole Park

PERSOLKELLY is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Officer to join our client's dynamic team. This is a full-time, permanent position offering variety, stability, and the chance to work with a supportive group who value teamwork and efficiency.

Initial training will be provided at Carole Park for approximately two months before you transition into your long-term base at either Morningside or Carole Park (depending on preference).

About the Role:

Full-time, Monday to Friday

Permanent position with long-term career potential

Based in Morningside or Carole Park (after training)

Support the Customer Service Manager, Sales Representatives, and wider team

Key Responsibilities:

Process and manage customer orders with accuracy and efficiency

Communicate delivery updates and order changes to clients

Maintain customer stock levels and coordinate replenishments

Provide reception coverage, manage incoming calls and mail

Raise purchase orders, prepare packing slips, handle credits and invoicing

Coordinate deliveries and logistics with transport teams

What We're Looking For:

Strong customer service and communication skills

Excellent attention to detail and time management

Confident across systems including Excel, Outlook, and SAP

A team player who can adapt quickly to changing priorities

Certificate III in Business (or similar) and experience preferred
