The Company

Our client is seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to join their team based in North Sydney. This is a temporary to permanent position, responsible for assisting with high volume invoice processing and payment runs. We are looking for someone with end-to-end accounts payable experience who is available to start immediately.

The Role

• Review and process invoices in a timely and accurate manner
• Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
• Prepare and process payments
• Reconcile vendor accounts and respond to inquiries
• Assist with month-end closing and reporting as needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records

To be considered for the position

• Prior experience in accounts payable or general accounting
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
