The Role

As the AP Officer, you will focus on:

Scanning payables invoices through scanning software

Reviewing and coding invoices in Tech One

Investigating discrepancies

Petty cash management

Credit card reconciliations

Travel expense processing

Your Background

To become a valued member of the finance team, you will have the following skills and attributes:

Immediately available

Prior experience with end-to-end Accounts Payable

Technology One system experience is highly regarded

Able to obtain/already have a Working With Children Check and Police Check
