An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Service Advisor to work within our fast paced, industry leading service department.

Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, you will be an integral part of our overall customer experience with responsibilities including but not limited to:

Ensure premium service consulting tailored to the individual needs of each customer

Attending to customers dropping cars off for service & advise maintenance, warranty and service matters as required

Receiving customer telephone calls, email or direct enquiries for service bookings, as well as general maintenance and repair advice

Diagnose customer problems and maximise workshop throughput

Customer and vehicle database management

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

Previous experience in an Automotive Service Advisor role is preferred

Technical/Automotive knowledge

Impeccable personal presentation & phone skills

Friendly, welcoming demeanour and a team player

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)

Ability to perform calmly and efficiently in a fast paced environment

Exceptional time management and organisational skills

Conscientious and self-motivated with a strong eye for detail

Committed to providing exemplary customer service and always willing to go the extra mile!
