We’re growing fast at Trade Skills Australia, and we’re looking for a motivated Customer Services Officer who understands the world of vocational education and thrives on structure, compliance, and helping people succeed through RPL.

About the Role

You’ll be a key part of our enrolment and assessment operations, managing candidate documentation and supporting the RPL process from enquiry to completion.
Your day-to-day will include:

Handling candidate communication via phone and email.

Processing enrolments and maintaining our internal RPL systems.

Ensuring compliance, data integrity, and documentation accuracy.

Coordinating with assessors and admin staff to keep candidate files moving smoothly.

What You’ll Bring

Proven administrative or data management experience — ideally within an RTO, CRICOS, or VET environment.

Understanding of RTO compliance and student record management.

Confidence using cloud-based CRMs, student management systems, or RTO software.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

A proactive approach and natural attention to detail.

Bonus: Experience supporting RPL, enrolments, or ASQA audits.
