Join our Recover After Violence (RAVS) program as a Case Manager, where you will work in a person centred and trauma informed way to support clients affected by FDV with chid related matters before the Family Court of WA. You will walk alongside clients and improve their understanding and preparedness for the court proceedings and their understanding of Family Violence. This position includes outreach support to RAVS clients.

This is a permanent position based in East Perth. It is a part-time role (0.9 FTE), worked over 9 days a fortnight, with 37.5 hours in the first week and 30 hours in the second.

What you will bring

As the Case Manager RAVS, you will be an excellent self-reflective communicator, you will thrive on building and fostering collaborative and respectful relationships, be well versed in your field, and to be able to demonstrate resilience and flexibility, ability to working independently as well as part of the team and not be afraid to use your initiative when needed.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Experience providing a trauma-informed response to victims of Family and Domestic Violence (FDV)
  • Demonstrated experience using case management principles when working with families
  • Sound knowledge of safety issues in relation to FDV
  • Sound knowledge of services providing support for victims FDV
  • Demonstrated conflict resolution, advocacy, and negotiation skills

A current National Police Clearance valid within one year, a WA Working with Children check, and a WA Drivers Licence is a must have requirement of the position.

  • Salary from $86,950 pro rata per annum + 12% superannuation
  • Salary packaging of up to $15,900 (which equates to circa $4K after tax) plus additional salary packaging of up to $2,650 for meal and entertainment expenses
  • Additional 3 days leave (pro-rata) per year over festive period
