The Role:

• Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Manage printing and filing tasks to support office operations.
• Coordinate basic event details and logistics.
• Perform general office duties to maintain a smooth workflow.
• Collaborate with other departments to handle inquiries and provide solutions.

The Person:

• Strong organisational and time-management skills to coordinate venues, vendors, schedules, and deadlines with attention to detail.
• Clear communication and interpersonal abilities for liaising with clients, vendors, and attendees; proficient in written and spoken communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experienced in data management.
• Calm under pressure with quick, sound decision-making and proactive crisis management.
• Customer-service mindset, reliability, teamwork, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders professionally.
