Casual Warehouse Packer – 3PL Logistics

As we continue to expand, we are looking for dependable and skilled warehouse packers to join our team on a casual basis.

About the Role

This hands-on role will see you working in a modern 3PL warehouse environment where no two days are the same. Duties include:

Order Packing & Dispatch

Pick and pack orders accurately in line with client requirements and packing slips.

Ensure correct labelling, documentation, and packaging standards are applied for all outbound consignments.

Verify order accuracy before sealing and dispatching.

Handle products safely and efficiently to prevent damage or contamination.

Stage completed orders in the appropriate dispatch area for carrier collection.

Quality & Accuracy

Conduct visual inspections to ensure product quality and presentation meet client standards.

Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the Supervisor or Inventory team.

Assist with maintaining packing area organisation and workflow efficiency.

Safety & Compliance

Adhere to all warehouse safety procedures and manual handling guidelines.

Operate packing equipment, pallet jacks, or RF scanners as required.

Wear appropriate PPE and maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free work area.

Teamwork & Communication

Work collaboratively with receiving, inventory, and dispatch teams to meet daily targets.

Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding order status, issues, or improvements.

Support other warehouse functions (picking, receiving, inventory counts) as needed.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or 3PL environment (preferred).

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Reliable and self-motivated with a positive attitude.

Physically fit individuals capable of safely lifting 20kg or more.

Availability for an 8am – 4pm shift Mon-Fri at our Truganina site.
