Future Fulfilment is one of the fastest-growing 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) providers in the southern hemisphere. We work with some of Australia’s most exciting e-commerce brands, providing environmentally conscious storage, packing, and shipping solutions.

We’re looking for enthusiastic Seasonal Pick-Packers to join our team during our busy period. Positions are available to start immediately or from late October through to the end of January 2026. This role would ideally suit university students on summer break or anyone seeking short-term work over the holiday season.

This is the perfect opportunity for anyone looking for extra work over the holiday period in a fast-paced, supportive warehouse environment.

At Future Fulfilment, our people are the key to our brand partners’ success. We value communication, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. Comprehensive training is provided — you’ll be supported by our experienced team, and once confident, you’ll be expected to work with autonomy.

Your Responsibilities

Accurately pick and pack orders according to brand requirements

Pack items carefully into boxes and satchels

Troubleshoot and resolve address errors in the system

Navigate the warehouse layout and use location codes

Communicate clearly and work effectively with your team

Escalate issues to senior team members when required

Preferred Skills & Experience

Proficient with web browsers and basic computer use

Previous pick-packing, retail, or customer service experience (preferred but not required)

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Forklift licence (preferred but not required)

Work Hours

8:00am – 4:00pm (or optional 7:00am – 3:00pm)

Includes a 30-minute lunch break + 15-minute paid break

Seasonal availability required: Now until end of January 2026
