About the Role
BGB Electric is seeking an experienced and motivated Service Manager to lead our Service Department in Brisbane. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll organise and oversee the service crew, manage small to medium projects, maintain client relationships, and ensure high-quality service delivery across all electrical and maintenance operations.
Key Responsibilities
Organise, supervise and support service crew workers.
Prepare quotes and manage small-to-medium electrical jobs.
Maintain strong client relationships and communication.
Coordinate maintenance schedules, programming and follow-ups.
Contribute to toolbox talks and safety initiatives for the Service Department.
Ensure compliance with and continuous improvement of the company’s Integrated Management System (IMS).
About You
You are an experienced electrical professional with strong leadership and communication skills. You thrive under pressure and can effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional service standards.
