Key Responsibilities:

Greet and engage with both potential and current members.

Oversee a team of Personal Trainers.

Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Proactively generate new sales leads.

Foster a positive club culture with a strong emphasis on member appreciation.

Ensure the club maintains the highest cleanliness standards.

Promote the Anytime Fitness brand within the local community.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

A results-driven mindset with a focus on customer service.

The ability to lead and work independently as well as part of a larger team.

Experience in a customer service or management role (experience in retail or similar sectors is a plus).

Proficiency in computer use and social media platforms.

An interest in promoting a healthy lifestyle – you don’t need to be an athlete, but you should be able to inspire others.
