Club Manager – New Snap Fitness Opening in Melbourne’s West

Snap Fitness is expanding, and we’re searching for a motivated Club Manager to spearhead the launch of our brand-new club in Melbourne’s western suburbs. This is an exciting chance to take the lead from day one, shaping the culture, driving growth, and building a thriving member community.

Your Impact

As Club Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the club’s success. You’ll combine leadership, sales skills, and a passion for fitness to ensure members get the very best experience every time they walk through the doors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver a strong pre-opening sales campaign
• Drive membership growth and retention through great service
• Build strong links with local businesses, schools, and groups
• Oversee social media and digital marketing to grow brand presence
• Manage daily club operations and ensure smooth administration
• Delegate tasks, coach, and support the Assistant Club Manager
• Guide and support the PT team, including allocating new member leads
• Foster a welcoming, motivating, and high-performance club culture

What You’ll Bring

• Current First Aid and CPR certifications (mandatory)
• Certificate III in Fitness (mandatory)
• Certificate IV in Fitness (highly regarded)
• Previous experience in fitness sales, club management and administration
• Familiarity with systems such as Glofox or GymSales (desirable but not essential)
• Strong people skills with the ability to connect, influence, and motivate
• A proactive, energetic, and results-driven mindset
