We're on the lookout for a confident, motivated, and people-focused leader to join our AF VIC team as Club Sales Manager.

💼 About the Role

As Club Sales Manager, you'll be the face of the club — driving results, creating a welcoming space for members, and leading with positivity and purpose.

Your day-to-day will include:

Managing all club operations, sales performance & member experience

Leading and mentoring a small team of casuals or PTs

Creating engaging local content (stories, reels, interviews)

Running community outreach and pre-sale activations

Hitting KPIs with authenticity and passion

Must have 2 years' experience in a similar role
