CUSTOMER SUPPORT AGENT – Job Opportunity

Job Summary:

The Customer Support Team serves as the heart of ButcherCrowd, and we need people with exceptional administration skills, a deep understanding of superior customer service, and, above all, a positive, team-oriented attitude.

In this role, you'll be engaging with customers across various communication channels, handling enquiries, mastering diverse platforms, and synthesizing it all into polished written and verbal communication to cater to our valued clientele.

Please note that the applicant must reside in Cairns to be considered for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide prompt and professional assistance to customers through various communication channels.

Efficiently resolve issues via investigation, logical reasoning, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

Maintain meticulous documentation of all interactions across multiple platforms, emphasising attention to detail.

Skills & Requirements:

We are specifically looking for people with exceptional communication skills, both written and oral.

Strong customer service aptitude with excellent interpersonal skills.

Effective time management and prioritisation abilities – we need you to be very well organised.

Self-motivated and capable of working independently to accomplish tasks.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and Excel.

For our rotational roster you need to be available to work weekends between 830 am and 430 pm, and weekdays between 8 am and 6 pm.

Capability to work both from an office setting and remotely from home, with a reliable internet connection.

A willingness to continuously learn in a dynamic, ever changing environment, along with an openness to receive feedback and follow detailed procedures.

Salary Range:

$58,700 - $69,400 per annum plus Superannuation
