About the Opportunity

We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and motivated Customer Support Operator to join our Southport team — with a clear development pathway into our Client Solutions Department.

You’ll start by learning the ropes alongside our experienced operators and Client Solution Specialists, gaining hands-on training in our systems, products, and processes. Once you’ve mastered the foundations, you’ll transition into a Client Solutions Specialist role, where you’ll take on more responsibility and play a key part in helping clients find the right financial solutions.

What You’ll Do

In your initial role as a Customer Support Operator, you’ll:

Handle incoming client enquiries via phone, email, and our online portal.

Assist clients with repayments, account updates, and general queries.

Follow up on overdue accounts and maintain accurate client records.

Manage multiple inboxes and provide support across departments.

As you grow into the Client Solutions Specialist role, you’ll:

Consult with clients to assess their financial situation.

Recommend tailored debt management or loan solutions.

Prepare proposals and ensure compliance requirements are met.

Deliver empathetic, outcome-focused support to help clients regain control of their finances.

About You

You’re someone who thrives in a supportive, fast-paced environment and takes pride in doing meaningful work.

You’ll bring:

A positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine desire to help others.

Excellent communication skills — confident on the phone and professional in writing.

Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.

Comfort with computer systems and digital tools.

A quick-learning mindset and eagerness to grow within the business.

A calm, patient approach to problem-solving.

Experience in finance, customer service, or debt management will be highly regarded — especially if you’ve worked in:

Finance Broking / Credit Approvals

Debt Agreements (Informal or Part IX)

Insolvency or Hardship Solutions

Debt Collections
