We support older adults (Home Care Packages/Support at Home) and NDIS participants to live safer, more independent lives.

The role

Full time Community Occupational Therapist. Choose a primary location to cover (SE/North/West) You’ll complete community visits, assessments and reports across NDIS and Aged Care, with a supportive team and accessible leaders who care about your growth.

You’ll be doing

Functional and ADL assessments, goal setting and therapy

Home mods, equipment prescription and trials

FCA/AT/Home Mods reports and progress reviews

Stakeholder collaboration (clients, families, coordinators, builders)

Travel within your area (up to 45 minutes)

You’ll bring

FULL AHPRA registration and valid AU working rights

~2+ years’ community OT (NDIS, HCP, home mods)

Clear written/verbal communication; great customer service

A growth mindset and genuine teamwork

$1,500 annual PD allowance + 2 paid PD days
