EAT PIEROGI MAKE LOVE is a modern and exciting Bar & Restaurant dedicated to Polish food and drink in the middle of a surging Brunswick East hospitatilty scene

We are committed to delivering excellent food and service to our customers in a fun, easy way that is underscored by how seriously we are about our hospitality experience.

You will be working in our Lygon St venue with the opportunity to work with our pop up /market/festival food brand PIEROGI PIEROGI at music festivals during summer as well.

The venue is open 6 days a week with lunches on Friday and weekends.

Work is performed in a fast paced environment focusing on all aspects of a quality hospitality experience.

We are looking for experienced supervisors with at least 2 year experience in a similar restaurant and/or bar role that are ready to step up to the next level in their career OR an experienced Senior supervisor with the ability to transfer knowledge across to our systems.

The successful applicants will have very strong hospitality experience in quality, fast paced restaurants. We expect all applicants to be passionate, motivated and take great pride in their work, their appearance and striving for excellence with experience in our cuisine and culture.

Training in Polish cuisine and culture will be provided to successful candidates.

Skills & Experience

Have excellent communication and organizational skills
Exceptional people skills and social awareness Natural leadership ability with a calm, professional approach
Excellent time management with exceptional multi-tasking skills
Knowledge and Understanding of hospitality food culture and principals
In depth knowledge of wine, beers and spirits for us to add to our arsenal.
Experience in data extraction, reporting and updating POS systems
Be committed to exceeding guest expectations and delivering hospitality
Desire to continue learning & growing within the Industry
Flexible availability including weekends and public holidays
