About the Role
An exciting opportunity has become available to join a growing Leisure Travel Insurance team representing a range of well-known brands across the market.
We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused professional with experience in retail insurance products who’s ready to build on their skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
As a Customer Support Officer, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers and partners, providing expert guidance and exceptional service.

Duties and responsibilities include
- Offering accurate advice and information on travel insurance policies
- Quoting, converting, and processing sales in line with compliance requirements
- Handling inbound enquiries across phone, email, and live chat
- Assisting customers with policy changes, claims, and general support
- Applying your insurance knowledge to deliver tailored, effective solutions
We are looking for someone with:
- Experience in retail or general insurance (travel, personal lines, claims, or assistance)
- Strong communication over the phone and problem-solving skills
- The ability to stay calm, confident, and solutions-driven under pressure
- High attention to detail and accuracy in a regulated environment
- A positive attitude towards learning new systems and technologies
- Sound judgment when interpreting and applying policies
