Join Praktika as a Customer Support Officer

Praktika Online Dental Software is looking for a Customer Support Officer to join our growing support team.

We're looking for experienced Dental Assistants, Receptionists, and Practice Managers to transition their deep industry knowledge into a critical, non-clinical role.

In this full-time, Level 1 position, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers. You will handle support requests via phone and email, and your duties will include:

Responding to and resolving customer issues, or escalating them when necessary.

Logging and monitoring service requests in our help desk system.

Providing training to customers on how to use our software.

Creating and updating training manuals, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.

Who We're Looking For

The ideal candidate should have previous experience working in a dental practice and possess:

Excellent communication skills.

Solid computer knowledge.

A proactive, autonomous, and team-oriented approach.

Preferred qualifications include:

Experience with Praktika or other practice management systems.

Being a resident of Greater Melbourne.

Compensation and Application

This is a full-time position with an annual salary of $65k-$70k ($32-$35 per hour) plus superannuation, depending on your experience.
