Harrington is seeking a highly motivated Senior Development Manager to work across all aspects of the property development life cycle. Harrington has a 30 year history of nationally awarded developments with a significant pipeline of residential projects.

An ideal candidate will have strong skills in:

Relationships with project stakeholders across private and government sectors

Project/development delivery including management of design, approvals, construction, marketing and sales

Commercial acumen, cashflow management and feasibilities

We are seeking a team player that will form part of a small, experienced and agile project management team.

The role is based in the head office in Macquarie Park with regular travel to projects as required. The office is adjacent to Macquarie Park Metro station and parking is available on site.

The role will report to the Directors. Salary is negotiable subject to experience.
