This is an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Development Manager to gain full lifecycle exposure, from feasibility, early design and planning, through to construction and settlement, while working alongside a talented, supportive team.

You’ll play an active role in feasibility modelling, early-stage design coordination, planning submissions, and project reporting, while also supporting delivery activities through to settlement. Key Responsibilities:

• Run feasibility modelling
• Support early-stage design development and coordinate consultant inputs
• Prepare and lodge planning applications, tracking approvals through to determination
• Prepare internal reports, board papers, and documentation to inform key decisions
• Monitor budgets, programs, and cost reports
• Assist with construction-phase activities, purchaser requests, and settlements

About You:

• Minimum 12 months’ experience in an Assistant Development Manager role
• Proficiency with feasibility modelling and exposure to early design or planning stages
• Tertiary qualifications in Property, Construction, Planning, or related field
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities
• Strong communication skills and a passion for quality developments
