What you'll do:

As Project Manager, you will take ownership of some of the most critical integration projects within the organisation. Your day-to-day responsibilities will centre around orchestrating the integration of key enterprise platforms-spanning HCM, collaboration, and productivity tools. You will work closely with cross-functional teams.

• Oversee the end-to-end project management of integrating Human Capital Management (HCM), collaboration, and productivity platforms
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, spanning multiple countries and time zones, to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables across all integration pillars.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that address technical requirements, resource allocation, risk mitigation strategies, and stakeholder communication protocols.
• Facilitate regular progress meetings with internal stakeholders, providing clear updates on milestones, challenges, and dependencies to maintain transparency throughout the integration process.

What you bring:

Your background should include hands-on involvement with enterprise-level system integrations or migrations-preferably within environments where agility is paramount.
