What You'll Do:

As Project Manager, you will take ownership of critical business-facing projects within this transformative initiative. Your day-to-day responsibilities will centre around orchestrating systems integration, process improvement and data migration while engaging diverse stakeholders across education, operations, IT, and leadership teams.

• Lead end-to-end project management across systems integration, process improvement and data migration initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables across all workstreams.
• Develop comprehensive project plans addressing technical requirements, resource allocation, risk mitigation strategies, and stakeholder communication protocols.
• Facilitate regular progress meetings with internal stakeholders, providing clear updates on milestones, challenges and dependencies to maintain transparency throughout the transformation process.
• Drive process efficiency and change management to support adoption of new systems and ways of working.
• Collaborate closely with vendors, internal teams and education stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of project outcomes.

What You Bring:

Your background should include hands-on involvement with enterprise-level system integrations or migrations-preferably within environments where stakeholder engagement is key. You understand how to navigate competing priorities communicates clearly through complex projects.

• Demonstrated experience managing complex projects within large organisations involving multiple business units or technology domains.
• Preferably coming from the education or healthcare industry.
• Proven track record overseeing integrations or migrations of enterprise systems such as ERP platforms and CRM solutions in dynamic settings.
• Strong experience leading business process improvement projects with measurable outcomes.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams and levels of leadership.
