About the Role
We’re looking for a Business Partner, Quality to join our Quality & Safety team a central player in driving continuous improvement across BHN.
In this pivotal role, you’ll:
- Partner with leaders to embed best practice in quality, safety, and risk management.
- Coordinate audits, review incidents, and strengthen compliance frameworks.
- Act as BHN’s Child Safe Officer, leading child safety initiatives and reporting processes.
- Support accreditation readiness, governance reporting, and continuous improvement projects.
- Be a trusted advisor, empowering staff to deliver safe, high-quality services.
This is more than just compliance – it’s about shaping a culture of safety, learning, and accountability that ensures better outcomes for our clients, carers, and communities.
About You
You’re a detail-oriented problem solver who thrives on building strong relationships and turning complex standards into practical solutions. You’ll bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in health, human services, or related fields.
- Experience with quality, risk, and incident management in health or community services.
- Knowledge of accreditation frameworks (e.g. NSQHS, Rainbow Tick, NDIS).
- Strong communication, coaching, and analytical skills.
- A passion for continuous improvement and safe, person-centred care.
Experience in community health or not-for-profit sectors will be highly regarded.
