FreshGro Baby Leaf Growers: We are currently recruiting for an Experienced Tractor Operator to be our SOIL MANAGER of Ground Prep, for the Hobart region, Tasmania.

Soil Management - Tractor Operator - Duties and Responsibilities
 Soil Management – Head of groundwork duties.
 All aspects of growing from ground prep through to harvest.
 Plan weekly activities.
 Rotary Hoe bed forming/Ripping/Discing
 General maintenance.
 Training in Row crop practices will be provided.

Skills and Experience:
 Minimum 2 years of tractor driving experience.
 Willing to learn and take direction.
 Be able to plan your work week.
 Mechanical skills.
 Team player.

You will be running John Deere tractors and managing an off sider, to help manage and deliver the required Ground work needed, Ripping, Discing, and Rotary Hoeing.
