Headquartered on the Gold Coast and servicing Southeast Queensland—including Brisbane, Logan, Ipswich, Sunshine Coast, and surrounding regions—we are now launching our Support Coordination division and seeking a motivated, experienced Level 2 Support Coordinator to lead and shape this exciting new area of the business.

The Opportunity

We’re inviting a seasoned Support Coordinator to add to our new Support Coordination department. Bring your own caseload of at least 25–30 participants, retain 60% of your total billings, and enjoy the backing of a supportive, reputable provider—with full employment benefits including superannuation, laptop/mobile options, and career progression.
This is a hybrid role, offering 2 days WFH during your first 3 months, and up to 3 days WFH after probation.

📌 Your Key Responsibilities

Deliver Level 2 Support Coordination and/or Psycho-Social Recovery Coaching

Bring and manage your own caseload of minimum 25–30 participants

Develop and implement tailored support plans

Build relationships with stakeholders across SE QLD

Overcome barriers to NDIS plan implementation

Help grow and lead the new Support Coordination team

Maintain clear documentation aligned with NDIS standards

Engage in regular supervision and mentorship

Contribute to business development and client referrals

🎯 About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

Have 2+ year experience in NDIS Level 2 Support Coordination

Bring an active caseload of 25–30 NDIS participants

Hold a relevant qualification (Social works and Community Services, etc.)

Understand NDIS Practice Standards and pricing

Have a valid driver’s licence, own car, and relevant checks (Worker Screening, Blue Card, First Aid & CPR)

Are resilient, well-organized, proactive, and able to work autonomously
