About the role

This full-time NDIS Support Coordinator role is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients at Blue Iris Support Services. Based in our Toowoomba office, you will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating the implementation of NDIS plans to ensure our clients with disabilities receive the highest quality of care and support.

What you'll be doing

Develop and maintain close relationships with NDIS participants, their families and other key stakeholders to understand their unique needs and goals

Coordinate the delivery of NDIS supports and services, liaising with providers to ensure seamless implementation of participant plans

Monitor and review NDIS plans regularly, making recommendations for changes to better meet participant needs

Advocate on behalf of NDIS participants to ensure they receive their full entitlements

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reporting on participant progress

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our NDIS services and support processes

What we're looking for

Tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as Social Work, Occupational Therapy or Community Services

Acceptable tertiary qualifications include Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Community Services, Psychology, Mental Health, or Disability Studies

Minimum 2 years' experience as an NDIS Support Coordinator or similar role working with people with disabilities

Comprehensive understanding of the NDIS system and regulations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify creative solutions

Proficient in MS Office and client/case management software

Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
